Yes to all this. We used to complain about the weekly VP cap, but at least there WAS VP. Denser WQs would make them less annoying. A currency tied to them, esp. if shared with IEs and WFs, would keep them more relevant than now. Lighter PL restrictions would rock. All good ideas

how about making WQ get better rewards. Apart that kept me going in legion was there was nice gold rewards for world quests. You could make a nice amount from having multiple alts. In turn that helped with cool mounts, transmog items, bags for alts /etc. Small things that -

Islands already have a currency even...they just need to put all the rewards on a vendor and you can buy them with the doubloons. Like FF14 where you get currency for a boss kill they drops a mount. After 100 kills of no mount you can go buy it.

1/ There's an argument that professions are technically more complex now than pre-wod, it's just the rewards aren't nearly as impactful. Personally I think if profs are going to become a major thing again it'll be through creating unique cosmetic gear ...
