How much more communicaton do you need when there is enough evidence in game that it ain't the case?
I think it’s important to argue from first principles rather than argue backwards from assumed intent, and I see a tremendous amount of the latter going on. I’m saying that generically, regardless of stances on recent events.

Agreed. I'd be happy with more communication and perhaps a clear place outlining systems better - I do that for all my clients. Responding to the "we can draw", "the conclusion is" spiraling logic. Speculation how magnanimous Blizzard is don't change how I interact with the game

To a certain degree it's either the general approach or in particular
@WatcherDev 's fault when many statements are formulated in the vaguest way & not always updated or clarified once they become relevant. Then again influencers should never turn "potentially" into "definitely". -
I also don't recall for too long before Legion having a group of a couple dozen influencers combing through Beta and analyzing every element on a daily basis. MMOC and WH would post stuff, but generally we felt beta is beta... who knows what's going live

My biggest problem right now is the reoccuring outrage debate from Warlords. Treating it like you know what and why the Devs act here and there and insinuate motivation to what they see to fit a narrative that the player base can jump on.
-
Not saying that you are on that train again since you were really level-headed in the debate back then but other influencers and community sites are more likely to start an outrage again.
