Nah I mean that's how Blizzard communicated it shorthand to people at Blizzcon. Old God, so far, seems to be a specific type of creature that was unleashed across the cosmos by the Void Lords. G'huun is that type of creature, but was created by the Titans in a failed experiment

The question isn't Ghuun specific. Is an Old God and Old God from the moment it is created or does it need to be around for a while?
I'm going to say noun rather than adjective; old from the word 'go'.
