She's coming across as your common-or-garden 'gone mad with power' type, now. Which has been overdone (not just in WoW) so much that its a snoozefest.
Also I'm getting annoyed at how often Horde characters are getting the 'Villain Upgrade' applied as opposed to Alliance ones.
The thing is, she doesn't really have any kind of regular emotions anymore, does she? At least as far as empathy and compassion go. It kind of makes sense that she would completely fail at predicting the emotional responses of others.

To me, she has always been borderline, if you see what I mean. She was a complexe character with deep wounds. What she done with Teldrassil is something else... and I don't want her to just be pure evil that we'll have to kill at some point.

Also - she’s been mining and weaponising Azerite far longer than the Alliance - but the push into Darkshore was a stalemate and she’s about to lose the Undercity. What’s the point of being underhanded if you get no advantage?
Like I know Blizz needs the war to be balanced for game purposes but this balance right now just makes Sylvanas look in competent
