Killing World Quest Group Finder is going to bring how rubbish WoW's world content (IE sunk time, no engaging gameplay) is into focus. That'll be very interesting to see. I agree that WQGF feels broken, but right now it exists to remove a pain point in the game loop.

I think that the only way to make good world content with WoW's mechanics is to create player driven interactions. So, dynamic world stuff where your action drives the content, or modes like PvP, which turn the world into a sandbox.

Don't you think that's a bit of a false analogy? The Witcher is single player, where as WoW is not only multi player but MASSIVELY multi player. Look I am not syaing you are wrong about WoW just the anaalogy is a bit off, is all.
