    Excited to share our latest work in ! With metatranscriptomics, we show that metabolism plays a key role alongside host diet in modifying the extent of the microbiome disruption in response to antibiotics! Congrats !

    What I love best about this review article is its extensive list of fermented foods from all over the globe. The authors say a variety of microbes are capable of turning raw food materials into fermented foods, spontaneously or using starter cultures.

    Delighted this is finally out! S. aureus becomes antibiotic tolerant in macrophages due to production of ROS inducing metabolic shutdown. Congrats to @RoweSarahrowe83, Nikki Wagner, , and everyone else who contributed.
