What do those dots (not the brail, the ones around the rings) represent) I hate the font- hopefully that decision is pending

The dots around the rings come from the Chinese ancient astrology map and the dots are stars, which symbolize athletes around the world who are doing amazing in their sports (this is taken from the official announcement on Weibo) and the design has been fixed I think
