      I hate to break this to you, but every game sacrifices some degree of realism for fun.       I love the mental gymnastics it takes to defend the one armed angsty cyberpunk chick in a WWII game. The hilarious part is, BattleField V *could* have been a success. All they had to do is... not set it in WWII. They've done it before.

      I mean, they could also just admit it's not historically accurate, and write that into the story of the game, that it's a "Weird War" genre. Ad some Nazis that turn into werewolves and "witch" is a class on Britain's side.

      Yeah, "Weird War" would have been fine. Even if it was "Weird Diversity War". Instead they had to act as if their historical retconning was a legit thing to do.
