  1. Oh wow. I am actually wearing the same boots I had on during the bike crash. Not with double socks though. They do not feel too bad.

  2. Ankle exercises: (traditional). Went for a short stroll outside, stood at the sink for a full 5 minutes doing the washing up. This is a first. Currently doing the weekly wash.

    Since the bike crash, over the last 13 days, I have only worn 2 items of footwear. Down the line, this is likely to lead to poor foot health, & possible Achilles problems. Therefore, over the next few days, I will rest the stability of the foot, with shoes of various height

    I have self diagnosed an injury to the tendon, crucial to knee mobility. Treatment will be rest, and avoiding causing pain to the knee. When pain free, I shall be doing .
