    R.I.P. John Havlicek. Basketball Hall of Famer defined "Teamwork, Tone, Tenacity" winning 8 NBA championships in his 16 years with the Boston Celtics and an NCAA Championship with Ohio State. Coach Red Auerbach called him "The Guts of The Team" ... No finer compliment.

    Holocaust survivor Benno Gerson immigrated to USA after WWII; both parents murdered. Graduated (USNA) 1961; served his new country. Celebrated Passover at USNA 2019. Passover's theme: "We were in bondage, but now are free." Few know it like Benno. G-d Bless You!

    Lieutenant Colonel Richard E. Cole. The last Doolittle Raider passed away at age 103. He was Jimmy Doolittle's co-pilot in the lead B-25 that launched from USS Hornet on April 18, 1942 to bomb Tokyo. The daring raid was a significant achievement in joint Army-Navy operations
