Then I looked at the extruded in/out parts on my ref and masked the shape out and just scaled in or out depending the area. Then was the task of zremeshing without ruining the shape lolpic.twitter.com/F5uR9sks2d
And once I had the shapes in, I basically just went over their edges with Trim Adaptive and hPolish to get them a bit bulkier and stylised looking. The other bits and bobs on there are just other shapes I appended in and sculpted

It does! A lot! I suck at hard surface in ZBrush, but really I just suck at ZBrush in general. I really appreciate the detailed replies with the outlines and the breakdowns, way more effort than I thought would go into an answer on Twitter, and I appreciate it
