    What's surprising to even the people who "get it" is how easy it is to participate and take advantage of all of this. FitBit is cheap. Being your own bank with Bitcoin is trivially easy. Google's front page has only one slot. The barriers to entry are almost non existent.

    All of this is nothing more than incomprehensible gibberish to the John Harris class. The people building the tools that everything today, whether it's FitBit or Lightning Labs are as far beyond the ken of the Grauniad class as it is possible to be. This inevitable, and normal.
