My father lives in the fire zone in Paradise in rural spot on Hog Ranch road. I can't reach him - his landline doesn't even ring and he doesn't have a cell phone. Does anyone know if the fire has overtaken that area? #CampFire

Im looking for a friend from that neighborhood, also older. Unfortunately I'm fairly certain that whole area burned down thursday morning.

Which neighborhood/cross streets? This is the latest area map...the fact that the blue circle (where my dad lives) is not in the active fire zone, but the "former" zone, might mean it's already torched, or that it's still there. No way to know yet.pic.twitter.com/9RJW1MRvK3

He lives on windermere ln. Yeah its because that area already burned im pretty sure, i saw a video someone posted of them driving out of that area early thursday and looked pretty intense. Hoping everyone got out okay.

Yeah that's pretty close. If I get more details I'll @ you.

I hope he's ok. Not easy to get help in rural areas.

He's either not affected and will laugh at me when I finally get in touch with him in a week and it turns out he just forgot to pay his phone bill, or everything he owns is on fire and there's nothing I can do about it. *Sigh*

Ugh. Definitely a time you'd wish somebody was on the grid. I hope your father is safe.
