    The town of Madras in NE Haiti is host to an unprotected landfill where waste from the Caracol Industrial Park is dumped. This waste is starting to cause serious environmental problems in the area. Outrageous: the park has been touted as a “success” by Int’l community.

    Lolz. USAID money certainly was never going to the government anyway. Probably will mostly impact foreign contractors and NGOs, but still, solid way to punish people for political failures that the US is 100% complicit in.
