Not having a community manager is the most disappointing part of all of this. You’ve got a “AAA” company with one of the most successful F2P games and no communication to the public. Unacceptable in today’s live service format.

I agree with many of his points but would add when the game doesn't play correctly it is broken for everyone (loadout pause, achievements not registering) and lots of confusion with who is running the ship

Spot on. When Activision are so slow to address gameplay balance we should only assume it's to maximize the window in which they can sell blueprints of broken weapons.
