    Hey . Since WRS works kinda like Chrome, does it hydrate the entire app or does it limit it only to features that affect the layout? Also, does it attach event listeners that can fire up some additional user/layout features?

    I might be wrong, but I think just said during his talk at that Web Vitals will be applied to BOTH mobile and desktop rankings. "If you're on a mobile page, the ranking is only affected by mobile data, and the same for desktop."
