Oh yes! As a Southerner..Sweet Potatoes are a fall staple! I love them & will totally try this! Besides, sweet potatoes & butternut squash don't taste too far off from pumpkin pie. In fact, lots of US canned pumpkin is actually squash..That's why I make mine from scratch!🍠
