Thai-style peanut sauces are excellent & make lots taste good. Can see it working well on the chicken sandwich, but hamburger seems nasty.

The mayo needs to die in a fire, but I'd try the rest of it. I've heard PB is really good with sharp cheddar, so I'm here for the PB cheese sauce.
