Alexa, play Slayer - Raining Blood.

After decades of avoiding music due to depression, I've finally rediscovered how therapeutic music can be. All it took was a little help from my psychiatrist & putting a Google Nest in the bathroom for shower tunes. Now my wife wonders if I'm healing or squealing, or both.

One study found that louder, faster music had a more mellowing effect than easy listening. Try it. When your pissed Slayer is cooler than Ambrosia.

I like to go with Suicidal Tendencies, a lot of great classics you can sing along to on their 1983 debut album...

That's a very good choice. I'd like to suggest Porcupine Tree. Not the same thing, but chill indeed.
