I didn't like Stargate Universe. It was too much of a departure from SG1 & Atlantis. Too overdramatic and dark like Battlestar Galactica (which was a bad show lasting 4 seasons and leading the viewers to nowhere in the end).
The actors of SGU however were fine.

Caught a glimpse of him on the TV the other day. Wasn't actually watching but said "he's from Stargate" as I passed through the room. Amazing how many actors you recognise just from 1 franchise.
