The other night, I saw a video of make an egg omelet topped with ice cream, & covered by a sugar foam topping.
If that works, Joe, I figure THAT egg yoke thing will too.

I know the salted variant as a side dish for clumpy white rice to add some taste and texture. It tastes great, but not for every day.
