Paul seems like the nicest guy. He's got such a welcoming smile and personality.

His "goodbye" episode was soooooo sad. That scene on the outside of Atlantis with McKay struggling to accept his friend was gone... Wow, I cried like a baby.
It was a very classy and well-written send-off for the character.
