#AmazingPeopleWithWhomIHaveWorked
Best known for his portrayal of the compassionate General George Hammond on #Stargate, Don was also an accomplished artist, a delightful dining companion, and a true southern gentleman.

Mr. Mallozzi, do you have a email (or snail-mail) address to which I could send you a semi-professional, Stargate-related inquiry in greater than 140 characters?

You could actually head on over to my blog josephmallozzi.com and leave a comment. I moderate all before publishing so it wouldn't be made public.

He was such a gem on the show, really added a dimension of kind, gentlemanly and yet not to be messed with General. I just finished up season 10 for the 3rd or 4th run through. Just love that entire show and it wouldnβt have been the same without him. β€οΈ

What a genuine honor to work with him. Class, generosity and grace...all with a twinkle in his eye. ππΌ

I can't read this without hearing Bre'tac in my head. I miss Don. His portrayal of Hammond was one of the highlights of the show.

I was lucky enough to meet him at a Stargate con in Chicago and he could not have been a sweeter, kinder, more genuine person. β€οΈ

He was the one from the series I always wanted to meet most because his character was from Texas. Being from Texas I always appreciate that.
