Lost is my favourite because it was at the end of that episode where I immediately begged my husband for us to watch the next one, making me realise after years of thinking I had watched the series that I truly had 1) not seen it all and 2) become invested in the characters.

Best or not, have to say first episode. The start of a new SG serie. Can’t be better.

Justice. That ending is still one of the best moments in the entire Stargate franchise.

Tough one! I loved the first episode “Air Part 1 with how the character Eli Wallace is introduced and how he meets Jack and gets trained from Daniels videos!

Kind of want to say Human because it was the first episode of any Stargate I fully watched and picking from any of these four is difficult

Yes! There are far too many good episodes on SGU to only take 4 from each season (especially S2). Excited to see how this turns out, though I think I know what will win this one.
