    Under current rules, Democrats could expel ALL Republican members of congress. They're currently considering overturning the election of a GOP member of the House but there is no reason they couldn't overturn every election where the GOP won...

    Persuasion tip. Don't ever put the terms "very amateur (anything)" in your biography if you are an official in anything. It subconsciously communicates that you are an amateur at your profession too. We associate the words with what we are. Ironically it's true in this case.

    Judge Cahill ruled this morning that some of the evidence from the 2019 arrest can be presented@ trial including a portion of the police body cam. The 2019 paramedic can also testify. Judge will not allow info about GF's "emotional" behavior, calling for mother, etc.

    Judge Cahill denies motion to move the case out of Hennepin County. Cahill says state's expert witness, Dr. Vinson, cannot testify that GF was experiencing claustrophobia or anxiety, but if defense "opens the door" to that line of testimony, it could be allowed.
