Any judge who signed onto the lockdown should be an automatic no; if judges experience no negative consequences, then the judiciary will only worsen in its authoritarian tendencies, rather than improve.

Barrett has many shortcomings, but the pro-lockdown stance is the single most relevant to what we are dealing with right now. Every supporter of Barrett appears to support based on her faith and her opposition to Roe. This seems very shortsighted
