This duplication in itself is unlikely to be part of a sophisticated misinformation campaign. The initial tweet is likely genuine and was picked up by some 'copy&paste' bots.

I assume all the likes on those posts are also bots?
Activists probably. Not sure which, but there is certainly a lot of closed channel communication and co-ordinated tweeting going on.
If course, it's not completely impossible that this kind of mass duplication could be used to falsify opinion polls too (who really believes YouGov anymore?). Online polling often only requires an email address. Scope for mass deception here too.
