Gun buybacks are NOT confiscation Making assault weapons, weapons designed to kill, illegal is similar to making heroin or cocaine illegal

There are, I'm sure, a few people who want confiscation. Most of us would be happy if gun ownership was well-regulated so crazy, violent, irresponsible people couldn't own them. Firearm fundamentalists would probably like everyone to have rocket launchers, too. Restraint is good.

So domestic terrorist organizations, of which there are many, can keep stockpiling military grade weaponry & not have them taken away when they plan and commit crimes? Convenience store robber can keep his guns? Murderers can keep theirs? Might want to rephrase that a bit.
-
All of those crimes you mentioned would prohibit someone from having guns (enforced through the background checks she’s supporting).
