Wichita’s aviation industry is in crisis. We need to support workers so they can continue putting food on their families’ tables and paying their bills. I’m having trouble understanding why this industry is more important than say,the ditch diggers in our country. Why are you singling out this industry for relief?

Because Sedgwick County is the largest employment center in Kansas and is largely anchored by these industries. If Kansas loses these jobs entirely, the second most populous county in Kansas loses people and Kansas loses economic power.
