Last time I registered to vote in Kansas ( I was born in Kansas) it was under the Kobach regime. I spent $100 for documents and turned in a stack of proof over 3 trips to secure what was my right. It is straight up voter suppression.

WOW! That's ridiculous! 3 trips alone is disenfranchising to MANY people (including those low commitment types- my vote doesn't matter so not worth the hassle). BUT $100 POLL TAX is TOTAL BS! There were many times in my life when an extra $100 was hard to come by esp after a move
