There's a ton of deniers, too. The more rural you go, the more deniers you'll find, which is a public health threat in and of itself.

And the hospitals that ARE there have no ICU capacity. Those patients must be shipped to a larger city where the potential is that those beds are already full. Who decides who lives and who dies??

By “unaffected” you mean “no confirmed cases”. How many tests have been conducted in rural Kansas? Unless you have testing, you don’t know what you don’t know. Messaging is critical. Please do not offer false assurances without testing and data to back it up.
