For people who don’t know, this whole sanctuary state nonsense means no gun laws of any kind. Disingenuously co-opts language from movement trying to protect immigrants, casting gun owners as a group similarly under attack and in need of sanctuary.

And goes against, not just laws and legal processes, as this article suggests - but compromise attempts like red flag laws that try to balance Second Amendment rights on one hand with public health protections on the other.
