Many of us feel I nconsolable grief over the loss of a unique and wonderful character. He must have been in a very dark place that we can’t understand.

Let's learn from his example and try to be that much more on the level.

On the level? You mean avoid highs and lows? It’s just not that easy. It’s absolutely not in the control of the (Manic depressive? Bipolar?) sufferer. I swung from high to low, white to Black, for 40 years before I sought help and found a solution. We do the best we can.

I meant that he added an element of being cool headed and looked at the world through an unbias lense. I absolutely sympathies with mental illness and feel deeply saddened that so many people live with this every day.
