You know what'd be great a real open world zombie survival game. For a market over saturated by them none of them are actually good. The idea isn't bad its just full of cash grabs. I want a close camera third/first person game thats actually a good zombie crafting survival.

Back when HZ1Z was just a zombie game I went into a town, scavenged the buildings and saw a guy rooting through the trash. I had a bow and decided to shoot him, guy didn't even have a gun or run away just sort of knelled down and hoped i'd go away so I shot him in the head.

Point is I felt like shit afterwards so I joined another group who were wanting to take down some bandit players who'd taken over and fortified the police station to make amends by saving others from the bandits like I became. Players make their own stories.

Developers are so scared of just letting people make their own stories or that they can't or won't come together. You don't have to force co-operation just be smart devs. Make it so players who train skills do it much better then they have value to other settlements/groups.

Instead of "shoot a player you get banned" make it so a player can train up mechanic skill and they can be like hey guys Ive trained mechanic, you need your car fixing let me join the group. So kill em for some beans or get a mechanic? and if they shoot so what, thats a story too

TBH a game where most playthroughs end after 5 minutes would be interesting in its own right. Would make those sessions where you actually survive for longer that much more valuable.
