Can Hollywood quit rebooting movie franchises that are less than 20-25 years old please??? Can we getting something fresh instead of trying to destroy my childhood, that would be nice thanks.

It'll only happen if the consumers develop the discipline to boycott reboots. Just pirate that shit, watch the cam. TBH I think the hollywood studio system needs to die before we can expect something better. I had high hopes for netflix et al but that's going nowhere fast as well

I don’t typically go see reboots if I enjoy the original enough. Some reboots have been decent like the one they did last year of It but there’s lots that have flopped.

I make a point of avoiding them, even if they look promising. Not that I'm much of a moviegoer anyway, but still. IT was OK but it's still plainly cashing in on 80's nostalgia, stranger things, all that jazz. I'd rather have original content.
