I have a question for the biologists I know: @BretWeinstein, @HeatherEHeying. The letter signed by 1600 scientists decrying the proposal changing the HHS definition of sex says there is no scientific test to determine sex. Is this true?http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-46067559 …
It seems to me that this isn't really pertinent WRT humans for whom legislation is written after all. Overall the argument that no reliable sex test exists strikes me as an attempt to obfuscate the clear bimodality of human sex with pedantry.
