I agree. It's not his place to speak out on such issues. The best thing he could do with his platform is surrender it to more marginalised voices instead of speaking over them. I"m counting on

White allies are really just the most insidious form of white supremacy: at least with out-and-out bigots they're not denying their white privilege and desire to maintain their dominant position in culture. Allies OTOH strive to maintain their privilege by pretending to offer...
