They are not here for us. Aren't looking out for us. Don't give a damn about us. And at least half of you mofos owe me apologies because I told you all this and more many years so. But you thought my persecution was justified.

These extremely dangerous criminals, masquerading as police officers, were purposely and deliberately permitted to continually terrorize the (mostly black & poor) people of Baltimore. This is much bigger than you realize.
