Booooooo breakfast. Booooooooo Not hungry. I won’t eat unless I am. Buuut I also have a little extra baggage around the waste. Maybe when I’m lean my hunger may change

Do you ever crash after? I know it’s also depending what eat IEsugary foods and stuff. I can have a piece of fruit and a coffee and be ok. Any meal bigger than that I just feel lazy as fuck for the day. Can be just eggs or oatmeal. It has the same effect.

Your body has to digest which is using energy. I always feel tired after eating, or at least slower. I believe we’re more alert when we’re hungry. Maybe a biological reason going back to when we had to hunt our own food? I don’t know

That’s how my body works. Wake up at 6:20 am. Drink one 16 oz glass of water right away. Shower and all that stuff. Then I drink another 16 oz glass of water. A 24 oz black coffee on way to work Energy level is great until about 1pm. Eat between 1 and 9 and feel good all day
