As far as I know it is still in effect. It was for less than 1 meter which is a potential problem for low lying Gilli islands

I have made 4 trips to Lombok. The last one last week. Things are getting better thanks to the efforts of many people. Temporary housing is starting to be built to replace tents, planning for reconstruction is underway, peoples food & clothing needs are being supplied
