Because it’s a law firm that has a lobbying arm doesn’t mean he’s lobbying. He’s a former Solicitor. This is intentionally obtuse. And dilutes our point about ensuring lawmakers don’t jump straight into lobbying.

You think they won’t use him as a lobbyist? That’s mostly why law firms that specialize in lobbying hire these guys. Not to litigate. I’d be shocked if he ever saw the inside of a courtroom

Thank you, Bakari. Gowdy was a TERRIBLE member of Congress and he alone will have to live with the choices he made. But this kind of intellectual dishonesty only makes Warren look bad and illustrates why she will never be the Democrat who can unite the country and defeat Trump.
