What do you think of this one: Hypotheses X which are sparse in the space of hypotheses posited in worlds where X is true are unscientific

I don't understand this one. What does "sparse" mean here?

"Uncommon", "Relatively unlikely to be posited". Overall: An hypothesis X which, if true, would mostly yield observers who wouldn't posit X
