fucked up imo that grownups get looked at funny if they ride swingsets, drive go-karts, roll around on grass, and the like
and ride kick scooters. it is a very overlooked personal transportation solution that inspires valuable perspective on urban space

I've tried skateboarding, doesn't feel as stable or controlled as kick scooting. Cooler. And it does have more developed subculture
