i did job fine and everyone there was impressed with me, but i felt myself cracking (was monotonous, way below skil lvl)

my trivial solution is "hang out and not really do anything", but this is more avoiding problem than solving it

need people willing to put up with you, e.g. https://twitter.com/mrb_rides_again/status/790477350148288512 …, and doesn't build you skills for if situation changes

so my current goal is "find environment where breakdown doesn't happen", don't expect to change my NATURE, just setting...

...and this just means putting up with all that shit until that fantasized moment.

get you a once a week therapist who is smart enough to speak to the meta levels of your anxiety while in crisis

does this have to be done through therapy? Seems like something that community can also provide

IME the communities/peeps who purport to be able to provide that do so irresponsibly
