If I met someone who was my clone except for all the superficial stuff like looks and name, how long would it take us to figure it out.

Basically how accurate is my assessment that I never met a person in meatspace with which I could talk for hours and hours.
I am curious why you think you could talk to a clone of yourself for that long. I always thought I'd annoy myself
