@SusanSarandon is kind here but sadly naive. There's no 'strategy'. They could band together on a bill tomorrow and force changes to it if they wanted. But don't. Y? Bcuz it's easier to go with flow and support 'Mama Bear' :( We can respond! Don't give them $ till they change! -
It's incredible the power people attribute to the smallest faction in Congress, at the left-most extreme of allowable electoral politics. The daily complaining about their failure to do the impossible will accomplish nothing other than prevent this faction from growing.

I've been reading about worker burnout lately. It seems that those in power are trying to get those of us who are looking for progressive, real, positive change to "burnout" on politics. To give up hope and be numb to the lack of care for American citizens.

Ofc situations are dire enough for a ton of ppl that the "burnout" is having rather the opposite of the intended effect. We're not disengaging, we're losing faith in the electoral system altogether. And that's a dangerous thing - that leads to insurrections and govs toppling.

Tweeting is their only plan. They will run on “the other guy is bad” and get centrist to vote for them and the cycle will repeat with no changes. Once in, no promises are kept and everyone for themselves is politicians playbook.
