the weirdest consequence of Nintendo Switch Online launching two years late is that games like Splatoon 2 and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe are gonna suddenly be paywalled overnight. you have to imagine playerbases for both are going to drop pretty drastically

Yeah its why I sold splatoon. Its a good game but i play it a bunch once every couple montha. Its not an expensive fee but its like an mmo or a gym membership. If im not using it then ill just forget to cancel it so its better to just not start.

Yes and no, cloud saves will push sales majorly imo. Plus 20 bucks a YEAR isnt much. I dont think it will hurt that bad
