is there anything in Premiere that's like the multi-camera sequence feature, but for switching between two audio tracks?
(Context: i've got clean, locally-recorded audio from two sides of a Skype interview, but one person wasn't wearing headphones)

If you're cool with handling the audio separately, you could throw it in Audacity and just use Auto-Duck, then put it back in Premiere.

Not necessarily for audio. You'd probably have to go to Soundtrack for that. Might have something you're looking for.
