has anyone on Apple's hardware team actually tried watching Netflix in the dark on a TouchBar MBP because it's fucking maddening

Is it constantly on? You can't turn it off at all?

it stays on for 60 seconds each time you touch it, then dims for 15 seconds, THEN turns off. if you move the mouse or pause: 75 more seconds

Maybe the keyboard backlight brightness adjustment affects the touch bar?
