(i tried alt+enter right away, but it's just opening as an unresponsive black screen that crashes if i click, so it's not helping)
anyone know how to force Stepmania to run windowed instead of fullscreen?

i should've mentioned - it's crashing as soon as i open it (which is why i'm tryin to turn fullscreen off)!
